This web page provides information on all hearings in relation to the NRRP and will be updated prior to upcoming hearings.
There are a number of Variations to the NRRP reaching the hearing stage. Follow the link for the Variation or Chapter in the table below for more information on that variation.
All submitters, and further submitters, who indicated they wished to be heard, will be advised by letter of each hearing stage. This will occur several weeks ahead of the hearing, and the letter will also advise what chapter provisions are to be addressed.

Officer reports are produced under section 42A of the RMA by council staff to provide guidance to the hearing panel in accepting or rejecting submissions. Officer reports are made available prior to the relevant hearing stage and a copy sent to all submitters who indicated they wish to be heard for that stage.
Variation hearing information
Hearing progress for Variation 1, Variation 2, Variation 4 & Variation 14
All hearing stages have now been heard for these variations and hearings have adjourned. However, the hearing panel may chose to reconvene a hearing stage prior to release of decisions.
Decisions for Variation 1, Variation 2, Variation 4 & Variation 14 and Variation 6
Because of the inter-relationship between Variation 1 NRRP Chapters and Variation 2, Variation 4, and Variation 14, decisions on these Variations will be released together. Variation 6 decisions will also be released at this time. It is expected that decisions will be notified in October 2010.
